Refund Policy

This Policy applies to the one-time Lifetime Pro payment. It does not reduce refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

1. Free plan

The free plan has no purchase price and therefore no payment refund.

2. Lifetime Pro activation

Pro access is activated after EventCap verifies the required payment and settlement conditions. Because access to digital functionality is supplied promptly after verification, payments are generally non-refundable after successful activation except where required by law.

3. Eligible review cases

EventCap will review duplicate payments, verified overpayments, payments accepted when activation failed because of an EventCap error, or other cases required by law. Market losses, dissatisfaction with third-party data, sending the wrong token/network/address, wallet compromise, or a change of mind after activation are generally not refundable.

4. Request process

Email billing@eventcap.xyz with the account email, transaction signature, wallet address, amount, date, and explanation. Do not send private keys or seed phrases. Requests should be submitted promptly after the issue is discovered.

5. Method and timing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the verified originating wallet or another verified destination when legally and technically appropriate. Network fees, exchange fees, and asset-value changes may not be recoverable. Review and processing times vary with blockchain confirmation, fraud checks, and legal requirements.
